What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a talented Associate Producer to take an active role in creating amazing educational experiences for VR, PC, Mac, and Mobile platforms. We are a small, agile team, so the ideal candidate should be a generalist comfortable with wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Studio Producer and working together with the content development team to create great experiences
• Collaborating and maintaining relationships with clinical subject matter experts to develop detailed scripts of surgical procedures
• Guiding the development of video, 2D, 3D, and audio assets
• Assembling the assets into experience modules using in-house tools
• Working with Quality Assurance to ensure quality of final product, and tracking issues in JIRA

Requirements

• At least 2 years working in software development or digital media teams 
• Motivated to grow into a full production role with an emphasis on people management and culture
• The ability to work closely with a remote team
• Be a quick learner and able to complete tasks independently, but also be willing to ask for help if needed
• Flexibility, adaptability, and solid problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of project management basics and tools like Powerpoint, Excel and web conferencing
• Experience in game development, instructional design, perioperative nursing and/or medical education is a major asset.
• Knowledge of all or some of the following – Photography, Audio/Video Editing, 3D Modeling, Virtual Reality Technology, Video Games and Simulation Training.
