PeriopSim (www.periopsim.com) is an award-winning iPad and VR digital experience based training solution for Clinical Educators. Today Surgeons are concerned and dissatisfied with the team confidence and competence during key surgeries. Educators are faced with providing a lower quality of patient safety than they believe is proper. The product enables surgical staff to practice safely before surgery and achieve and maintain competence more quickly. PeriopSim was part of an 18-month pilot program with the Association of Perioperative Nurses (AORN). PeriopSim has over 450 trainees across the US and Canada and with over 35 Hospitals paying yearly subscriptions including Johns Hopkins Sibley, UH of Cleveland and Providence St Joseph Health Everett.

Requirements

  • Curious, coachable and great work ethic
  • 5-10 Years experience in sales role
  • Happy to do Inside Sales and Sales Development Rep work
  • Captain or assistant captain on a sports team
  • Tech savvy and data driven
  • Believes in value based selling
  • Loves sales methodology (Challenger, Predictable Revenue, SPIN Selling), driving a sales process and knowledge about building a growth engine and metrics
  • Comfortable with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Mac, Windows, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom
  • Comfortable working remotely and able to travel to customer sites and conferences in Canada and the US.
  • Curious and passionate about healthcare and education
  • Enjoys teaching and customer onboarding including developing and contributing to content.
  • Full time Monday to Friday typically but sometimes there are events or need to travel on weekends.
  • Occasional travel to events in US or Canada.
