We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Manager (Sales) to focus on a designated geographical region within the USA. You will be responsible for growing your territory and managing a portfolio of healthcare education clients and also take care of renewal and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads in the Healthcare industry
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies such as track market trends, provide competitive insights, to meet or exceed quotas. Identify areas of opportunity in your assigned territory.
- Deliver product demos and presentations to decision-makers, including CNO’s, VPs, OR Directors and Educators.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and manage opportunities using CRM (Hubspot)
- Work with the Customer Success Manager for Health Systems to ensure smooth handover and manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide feedback to contribute to product development
Skills and Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare sales for a SaaS company
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Proficiency with Hubspot (CRM), G-Suite, Zoom, Slack
- Experience with negotiating long term contracts
- Skilled in guiding prospects through to purchase decisions
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals
- US Travel will be required a minimum of 2 times a year
Preferred Background
- Experience in healthcare education, simulation, or perioperative nursing
- Passion for or experience with VR or immersive learning tools
- Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or surgical training programs
