About our work environment
- Product: We build digital simulation based education and assessment products using games industry (Unity) technology. We sell our services to healthcare and healthcare related college programs. Culturally we are a tech company.
- Communications: We mainly work remotely and so Zoom videoconferencing is our usual face-to-face method but we also heavily use Slack for one-to-one and group interactions.
- Operations: As a remote workforce we have no corporate domain or infrastructure and use online or SaaS versions of our major tools such as Google Workspace, Hubspot, Zoom, Slack. We have many customers across North American time zones but our main corporate rhythm is based on West Coast Pacific time.
- Locations: We are a Canadian headquartered company but have employees in a number of different Canadian Provinces and US States. We maintain a physical office and presence in Surrey, British Columbia our home province
